Ashley Ulrey is a wife, mom, honey (grandma), and friend to many. Ashley wears many hats or, as she would say, "crowns" in life and business. Ashley owns Courageously Crowned Wellness and Ashley Ulrey, LLC where she wears the crown of Integrated Health Practitioner, Motivational Speaker, Life and Business Coach. Her drive is to educate, empower, and encourage women to live a life of wellness and courage. 

She founded her business, Courageously Crowned Wellness, with a mission to inspire and empower people to live their best lives, even in the face of adversity.

Ashley believes in the power of a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating physical, mental, and spiritual health into her coaching and practice. Her passion for helping others is evident in her work; she is always eager to support and uplift those around her.
